Payment
of fees
Fees cover the calendar year (or such part of the calendar year
as remains from the date of joining). Fees are due on 1 January
each year and must be paid in full no later than 31 January each
year, unless an alternative arrangement for payment of fees has
been made with the Management Committee.
Payment by direct debit
The only alternative arrangement currently in operation with the
Management Committee’s approval is for payment of fees to
be made by Direct Debit. The Direct Debit payment scheme usually
operates in the following way:
• The member completes and submits the Direct Debit mandate
form to the Finance Convenor;
• Monthly payments are taken on the first working day of each
month;
• The monthly payments start in July prior to the membership
year and finish in June of the membership year (for example, for
2011 fees, payments will be taken from July 2010 through to June
2011).
